Payment
✦ my prices are based on USD (United States Dollar)
✦ i take payments through PayPal or Venmo
✦ full payment upfront is available
✦ the payment request/invoice will be sent after commission details have been decided.
✦ once the payment is confirmed, i will work on your commission!

i do not start work until 50% is paid upfront. additional fees may be added after the 50%. you cannot refund the 50%.
once the commission is completed, you will not receive your commissioned piece until the other 50% is paid within a week (see TOS #6 and #7).

by commissioning me, you are consenting to these terms:

1. DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN. please credit me as PandaHippie in your profile/bio/about section/etc.
2. do not resell/redistribute my work. do not use it for unintended things (minting/NFTs/AI).
4. the commissioned art piece is for PERSONAL USE. you are not allowed to edit/trace/recolor my work. you are not allowed to mass produce (i.e. reprinting/shirts/merch/etc) my work without my permission.
↳ if i grant permission for mass production, i expect proper credit along with 10% of sales.
5. i reserve the right to decline/cancel a commission if i am unable to fulfill it, find it uncomfortable or offensive, or find the commissioner's behavior or credibility to be dubious.
↳ if i cancel a commission, partial refund is available depending on the progress made.
6. i reserve the right to withhold commissioned work if i do not receive the second half of the payment within a week. the commissioner must respond within the seven days of the payment prompt or must notify me of any issues.
7. no refunds for completed works. partial refund is available depending on the progress made.
8. major revision is limited up to three times. no charge for minor adjustments. more than three major revisions will require a fee. commissioners will be notified if a revision is considered major.
9. i will not provide the project file unless the commissioner has stated a reason i deem as valid to send the project file.
10. the commissioner will have a week to revise the finished project. mistakes on my part will be corrected free of charge.
11. i will most likely work on commissions during livestreams. the commissioner has the right to refuse their commission to be livestreamed.

failure to comply to my terms of service will result in dropping an active commission; more refusal will result in blocking/blacklisting a client.
